2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the service provider and the clients (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") via the website www.holistic-health.bio. These Terms cover all services offered by the provider, particularly yoga sessions, fitness training, massages, nutritional counseling, and Ayurveda treatments.

3. Subject of the Contract and Description of Services

The service provider offers holistic health services, including yoga sessions, fitness training, massages, nutritional counseling, and Ayurveda treatments. The exact content, duration, and pricing of the respective services are listed on the website and agreed upon with the client individually.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is deemed concluded when the client accepts the offer presented on the website by booking a service, and the service provider confirms this booking via email. By booking, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices listed on the website are final and include the applicable value-added tax. Payment is made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash on-site. The payment amount must be fully settled before the service is provided unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Individual Sessions (yoga, fitness, massages, etc.): Cancellations must be made in writing or by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If cancellation occurs late or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged.
  • Workshops and Seminars: In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the workshop or seminar, an administrative fee of 30% of the event price will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 14 days before the start of the event, the full event price will be charged.

7. Liability

The service provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. The provider is not responsible for any health risks of which the client is unaware or has not disclosed. The client is obligated to inform the service provider of any medical conditions or issues prior to the provision of the service.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers, as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), have a legal right of withdrawal. The client may revoke the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, in writing (e.g., by mail, email). The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and fulfillment of our informational obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB). 9. Data Protection

The service provider commits to collecting, processing, and using clients’ personal data exclusively within the framework of legal regulations. Detailed information on data protection is available in the Privacy Policy on our website.

10. Copyright

All materials published on the website, including texts, images, graphics, and videos, are protected by copyright. Copying, editing, distribution, and any use beyond the scope of copyright require the written consent of the service provider.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with future effect. The amended Terms will be brought to the client's attention before the next contract is concluded.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

All disputes arising from or in connection with the contract are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the service provider's location, to the extent permitted by law. German law applies, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the original provision.
